About Designs in Blue

Designs in Blue was first founded in January of 2005 by David Vondracek. A programmer for 25 years, David witnessed the birth of the internet and has been actively involved with the world wide web since 1992.

In 2004, David discovered his true passion while obtaining his scuba diver certifications. Upon entering the world of scuba enthusiasm, he realized that the scuba industry was in dire need of an image overhaul, thus inspiring the creation of Designs in Blue.

It is our purpose to help promote the scuba industry by creating aesthetic, professional websites for all scuba professionals, resulting in a new wave of public enthusiasm in diving as a way of life.
